  • FIRST SPLIT THE BED AND ARRANGE PARTS FOR BEST QUALITY PRINTING

    • Print Technology: FDM
    • Recommended Materials: PETG or ABS for best strength, durability, and heat resistance
    • PLA can be used, but is not recommended for high-heat environments or heavy trail use
    • Layer Height: 0.2mm (ideal balance of detail and print time)
    • Walls / Perimeters: 4 walls for increased rigidity and impact resistance
    • Infill: 20% cubic for strong internal structure without unnecessary weight
    • Supports: Tree supports enabled (recommended for best underside quality)
    • Print Orientation: whatever ypu see fit you can reference my youtube i share a vid on that
    • Adhesion: Brim recommended, especially for ABS
    • Cooling:
    • PETG: Moderate cooling
    • ABS: Minimal cooling, enclosed printer recommended
    • Nozzle Size: 0.4mm (larger nozzles may be used for increased strength)

    the door hinges i use 1mm metal wire or u can use pins and the magnets for doors are 3mm by 1 mm

    These settings were tested to provide a clean, strong, and scale-accurate print suitable for RC trail trucks, shelf builds, and detailed show rigs.
